About Kelli
I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Spokane, Washington. I am married to my husband Tim and we have six children and eight grandchildren. Family is very important to me. I have a deep appreciation of the importance of being strategic about where you choose to raise your family. It matters. This was the primary reason my husband and I chose the Fresno/Clovis area. We love the quality schools, family-friendly environment, affordable cost of living, rich diversity, and how this region affords easy access to some of the most beautiful locales on earth.
I am also a self-professed real estate “junkie” My hometown, Spokane, is a town rich in architecture with many mansions and buildings dating back to the early 1900's on their historical registry. My love of real estate began way back then and continues to this day. I love analyzing how homes are designed, how they can function better, how they can be optimally marketed, and how they can look their very best to sell. I also love identifying how homes can be restored and cutting through the clutter to discover homes of real and lasting value. Being married to a builder, I know how to spot a home that has great potential and what it will take to make it your dream house. I am a bearer for detail, but equally adept at patiently and thoroughly walking though all levels of the real estate transaction with you, whether you are interested in buying or selling. The neighborhoods of Fresno and Clovis each have a distinct culture, character, and identity of their own. It would be my pleasure to help you find which one suits you best.
